Discount on Tour Prices:

• • There shall be no charge for CHILDREN up to the age of 5 years. However, those between the age of 6 to 12 years accompanied by elders/guardians shall be given a 50% discount on daily rates.

• • Full time Students below the age of 25 years holding valid identity cards from their academic institutions shall also be given a 25% discount on daily rates

• • A discount of 50% on daily rates shall be given to one person in a group of 11 to 15 persons. A 100% discount shall be given to one member in a group exceeding 16 persons.
  • A discount of US$32.5/person/night from 9th night and a discount of US$65/person/night from 15th night.

Cancellation

Tour programs booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows:

Notice of cancellation and refund request must be received in written form.

Cancellation fee structure has been listed below:

• 180 days prior departure: No penalty.
• 90 days prior departure: US$ 150 (Administrative Fee)
• 60-89 day’s prior departure: US$ 300 or 25% of the land cost whichever is higher.
• 45 days to 59 days prior departure: US$ 450 or 50% of the land cost whichever is higher.
• 30 days to 44 days prior departure: US$ 600 or 75% of the land cost whichever is higher.
• Less than 30 days: 100%

Airfare cancellation fee will be as per respective airlines policy. Some hotels may ask a non refundable deposit which will be communicated to you accordingly.
